Letter from Poland to Mr Klaus Schwab- concerning the ongoing pandemic scenario
Letter (a short one) from Poland to Mr Klaus Schwab- concerning the ongoing pandemic scenario
I am a bit displeased with the ongoing scenario. Sports facilities are being switched off (see picture from Australia), at some point in the winter I could not find any place to do sports training, public transport was switched off and only small parts were reinstated, most of the public transport network here in Poland is gone forever. Nearly all the trees and most of the grass in my vicinity is gone and was converted to additional parking space as the use of cars soared. In my childhood there was only one car a day passing by, a taxi cab with the number "1", nowadays I observe traffic jams in front of my home (the nerabay "Sulechowska- bridge"- tend to be congested, hence drivers take the detour in front of my house). I think of moving out much further to the suburbs, as the close suburbs we moved in are now heavily congested so that You cannot use Your garden due to smoke from exhaust pipes of cars. I enjoyed sunbathing in front of my house, but now it is no longer possible due to enormous car traffic. No public transport reaches out directly to my neighbourhood.
Cheers,
